I have completely paid my tablet off so I cancelled my verizon service since I wouldn't need it. Now my tablet has an error all the time saying activation incomplete and won't let us watch movies. Why do I need verizon when I only use wifi?
We are sorry to hear you have left Verizon. We want you to be able to use your device. Have you removed the SIM card from the tablet? What model tablet do you have? Have you done any troubleshooting since you canceled service?
