I cannot open my cloud. It asks me to check my data connection

I am trying to view my pictures on the cloud and it states "sorry, we can't connect to the Cloud service at this time. Please make sure you have a data connection and try again." I have a connection and it is not working. What am I doing wrong?

If so then are you able to log into www.verizonwireless.com to access other online features? As you share the details then we can assist.
