I cannot receive group texts from iPhones

I recently switched form an iPhone 5 to the Galaxy 7, iMessage has been turned off, yet I cannot get group texts from iPhone users. Please help this is frustrating.

Thanks for the link my phone was degistered and Imessage turned off 10 days ago but I may have found the problem It was still in "My Products" list. I deleted it just now and will check to see if that solved my problem in the next 24 hours.
