Having issues getting my sons Galaxy S4 to even turn on after being disabled for 2 months over a bad grade. I reactivated it and now it won't even turn on. It's in pristine condition, always with a case, fully charged battery in it and we have never had an issue with it. I have tried numerous things but nothing has worked.
