The Menu and Back botton on the phone respond, as well as the blue power button when turned on. It turned on after battery was replaced. However, it will not power off and the screen is still black. I am not available for an upgrade until 3/10/2017, but my phone will not respond to any recommended repairs (via vorizon support page). What can I do?

Getting you a working phone is our goal. I realize upgrade is very important specially if your phone is not working as it should. Let's see if we can get the phone up and running. When did this issue begin? Have you tried a factory reset where everything gets erased?

Oh goodness! Not being able to see the screen is truly important Foursamess. Let's do everything we can to get this working again. Is there any damage to the phone? Click here to view examples and how to check: http://spr.ly/6584BYD6a. Do you have a memory card installed? Please try to remove the memory card and restart the phone to see if the screen now works.
