my phone that I can't seem to transfer to my laptop. Any suggestions?
When you connect the USB cord to your laptop, you need to switch it from "charging" mode to transfer files mode. Check the notification bar, you should see a notification that your phone is charging. Tap on this and it should give you an option to switch. Hope this helps.
