I have done a complete reset back to factory level and it still won't up load. Any help?

Galaxy S4. I have done a complete reset back to factory level and it still won't up load auto back up. Auto backup starts and stops in about one minute. Tried both wi-fi and mobile data and tried difference t wi-fi locations.. Any help?

Help is my middle name George9999. Let's get this taken care of for you once and for all. May I ask what backup service are you using? The most popular two are Backup Assistant, our service, and the one that's integrated with your Gmail account. If you are using a 3rd party service then please advise of the app/service. Also, can I assume that you are able to access the internet without any issues on the device? As you share the details then we can customize a solution for you. I'm looking forward to your reply.

Yes to all. I am using vow backup assistant. It starts but quits in a
minute or two. I have no problem accessing the Internet.

No error message. But when I go to safe mode the cloud dosen't show in my
apps. It shows if I go to manage apps but not in my active app list.
Remember I have now done a hard reboot and I also have brought this ohine
back to factory statr twice.

Thanks for keeping us posted! Is this happening both the S4 and S4 Mini? Which device are you using? Have you ever been able to use the Backup Assistant app on your phone? Are you able to view the contact online via My Verizon?

Never could do a complete backup. As for the computer app I get some not
all phone data. Some pix not much else. No s memos or other files

Thanks for hanging in there with us, George9999! Your feedback is very helpful. You mentioned the computer app. Is that a reference to My Verizon at http://bit.ly/xB4iTc ? The reason we ask is because your review of the data there will tell us what information you should be seeing sent to your device. In other words, if you have the same info on your device as you find at My Verizon, then we know that the application is transferring data correctly. Can you verify that for us?

successfully completed.
