I recently have had almost all of my photos on my Samsung Note 4 disappear, not sure what is happening.
Are your pictures backing up to Google Photos or another cloud service?

Help is here! Pictures are our most treasured memories & we definitely want to do all we can to bring them back to you. Can you please provide us information on what you used to back up your pictures? Please let us know the path that you use to view the pictures on your phone.
