I have my phone in lock screen mode and can't undo it. When I go into Settings and then Lock Sceen, the first option is Screen Lock. When I select Screen Lock, the screen says confirm pattern. Following this I have to menu where I should be able to remove the pattern option but the Swipe option is greyed out and says "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage". I've no idea how this happened but I can't find a way to undo it. I've seen similar issues on this forum so I wonder if anyone has any ideas>

Go to Security and then Clear Credentials. Then try changing the screen lock.

That did it. Thanks a lot. I don't understand why changing the screen lock would have added credentials but I have my settings where I want anyhow.
