I have noticed a memory problem. Apps do not run in background and have to reload which slows the phone down. This should not be happening with 3GB of RAM. Here is an article below explaining. I don't believe there is a solution. A future software update is probably the only way to address this. Granted, it's not carrier specific though, so hopefully Samsung is well aware by now.
