yesterday I noticed when using my front facing camera that there were a few purple little specs on the screen and the pictures.. I just got my phone less than a month ago and I have a case protecting it, I know I haven't dropped it either. I was wondering what that issue was, I don't know if its just an issue with my camera, but I don't really want purple dots on all my pictures. What should I do?
This is a known defect. You should contact Verizon for a warranty exchange.
