I have inadvertently shut off my ring tone option for using Verizon ringtones or Zedge. It use to ask "use once or always" I pushed always and now i can no longer see any of my Zedge tones.Any help would be appreciated.

You can also clear the defaults for the application under the Application Manager and it all tab.
You must not have installed the Android 4.3 update yet. The clear defaults was added with the update.
Sounds like you need to clear a "default" setting. Long press the home button to get to the Task Manager. Select the "clear defaults" tab and then touch the "clear" button on the Verizon Tones.
Ann154 I can get to my task manager but i do not see the clear defaults. All I have is 4 buttons on to active apps, download, Ram, and Storage.
That's suppose to be 4 buttons on top.
