I just switched from an iPhone to the galaxy s5. My group messaging is not working properly. My messages are going through, I'm just not getting people's responses. I have reset factory defaults, turned my phone off, and I have tried Hangouts with the same results. Please help!

I would be happy to assist. We need to disable your old iPhone from iMessage. This will reroute all messages from your iPhone to your new device. This is very easy to do. All you have to do is text stop to  48369. You will see your text messages start coming in from everyone. Let me know how this works for you.
