When retriving voice mails, my screen blinks and I cannot enter password. Can you help me, please. I know it is simple, but the phone has beat me so far
I have the same problem. They told me to reboot my phone at the store. Of course, when I tried to show them, it worked just fine.

Mommom216,How bizarre. But hey, it's nothing we can't tackle head on. For starters, please go to settings > application manager > all > voicemail > clear data. From there, please turn off your phone for at least 60 seconds before powering back on.
