I recently bought a T-mobile S4 and it is unlocked, but i'm not able to use it. When I try to change the APN it does not save, I have done a hard factor reset, and still nothing. Please help.

We want you to have a working phone, cortez21.There are restrictions when activating a device that was originally meant for a different carrier. This is because the devices may not be compatible with different networks. You can check your devices compatibility here: http://vz.to/1gSxc19
