I am having trouble getting All of my email to Outlook from the gmail account. With my Blackberry I got my email on both the smartphone and Outlook. Any hits?
Coco1212, we can certainly review your options for getting email to Outlook. The emails are not sent from the phone to Outlook, but you'll need to make sure your Gmail account is setup directly in Outlook. You'll need to refer to your computer or Microsoft instructions for info on how to setup Gmail in your Outlook. Emails sent to Gmail should be able to go to both your computer and phone.

Warning: not only am I new to the smartphone stuff, but I don't use my Gmail account for e-mail (just other things that require you to have a Gmail account).
That being said, there is an option in Outlook to leave copies of your e-mail on the server or remove them as they are downloaded. I don't know if there is a similar setting on the phone or not.
In any case, if you don't leave copies of your e-mails in the Gmail system then they can only be downloaded once: either to Outlook or to the phone.
