Im locked out of my phone. must have entered password incorrectly. how can I get in?
This is a peer to peer community forum and not a direct link to Customer Service. The community members might not have seen the OP's post yet as it was only posted a little over 4 hours ago or the members didn't have a suggestion. The VZW reps depending on the volume of unanswered questions in their queue might be days before they can respond. If there is an immediate need for an answer, calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone is the quickest way to help.

If you can access your Google account from the web, sign into the Play Store and download the Android Device Manager https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.adm to your phone if not already installed and then use the web interface to remotely unlock the phone.
