I have the Samsung S6, with a sport type headphone plugged in while listening to music . All incoming calls are automatically answered, interrupting my music. How can I prevent this from happening?
dutch184 We are dedicated to get your phone working right. Your phone might have the setting on for auto-answer. To turn this off go to Settings/Applications/Phone/Answering and ending calls/Automatic aswering. If this is on, please turn it off and test.

You should never have issues with your earpiece. Did this start happening? What were you doing on your phone prior?
