i had a galaxy s8 with insurance but i traded in my old phone . now that i have a new galaxy s10 will my insurance transfer over to the new phone . Oh ! i using verizon service
it won't xfer, you'll need to add it.

Once you upgrade to a new phone, the insurance will transfer to the new phone. You can even check your My Verizon account features to see that service is still active.
