Internal Storage on Galaxy S7

I have 32 GB of internal storage, all but 700mb has been used. I have plenty of space on SD card, how can I increase the amount of internal space?

I removed or DIsabled apps not in use, as well as, ask to clear cached data on other aps but nothing has changed on storage.

Are the pictures and music stored on the SD card or the device?

Actually if you plug your phone into your computer you will see that most of the time you

have less then GB then the phone says I have a s7 edge and suppose to have 32GB but what I really have is like 21GB.

You can't increase the internal storage space on the phone. The reason you don't have the full 32 GB is that the operating system uses a bit more than 9 GB. You need to make sure everything is on the SD card that will go on it, including apps. Many apps may be stored on the card. There are several apps that will identify apps than can go on an SD card. I use AppMgr III.

These instructions don't work. There no menu option in the upper right on the My Files screen. There is a 'More' option, but there is no 'edit' option. Even if there were, how would one know which files to move to the card? Some files have to be on the phone.
