I signed up for international calls this week and when I try to make a call it tells me I don't have service. I'm in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this week. What do I need to do to get service?

Which phone do you have? Did you update your roaming capabilities before you left for the trip?
It's a Samsung Galaxy S 3. I talked with Verizon on Tuesday and they said they would enable international calls. Is there a device on the phone to allow roaming?
