Internet Service

My internet service on my phone has really been horrible for the past week. Does anyone know if Verizon is having issues? I have a S7. My husband has a Note 5 and doesn't seem to have any issues. I have a friend that said he's been having internet issues for about a week too. We live in NWA.

First thing you should try is to switch the settings from Global to LTE/CDMA. This usually takes care of the internet issues.
