Is Bixby voice supposed to be working today? I updated and still don't see the icon.
I have the same question. I just purchased the S8 plus and Bixby voice isn't working. FRUSTRATING!!!
It just pushed out to my Galaxy S8+. So you should be getting it soon.
The Verge reported it is rolling out today. Tap the Bixby button and you should see the update now.

Once you access Bixby Home, you’ll see a prompt to update the Bixby app. Are you able to access Bixby Home? Have you received a prompt to update the Bixby Home application? Can you access the internet and other web-based applications successfully?
