Is anyone having problems with the wifi and bluetooth not connecting? I've tried removing apps, factory reset, removing the battery, and replacing the antenna. Any suggestions?

What Bluetooth device are you trying to connect to your s4? What happens when you try?
It turns dull green rather than the light green but never connects. I
flip it to the on position but it goes back to off. The Bluetooth does the
same. Neither ever scan for open network or Bluetooth. This started with
the lollipop upgrade.
Did you factory reset after the update?
Yes, even removed apps just in case something went funky. No luck
