Is the Galaxy S8 a FM-enabled phone?

A radio station is offering an app.  Says if the phone is FM-enabled, one can avoid data charges when listening to that station.

Yes, it does.  I use Next radio app. 

rcschnoor​  GSMarena is wrong.  The S8 and S8+ is radio capable with wired earbuds of course.

I have the Next app also.  Confirming that I can do FM with earbuds; also Wi-Fi only.
