Issue with Lock screen Email Notifications since Android 7.0 update

Since the last update I am not able to see a title summary of emails on the lock screen any longer. It only tells me I have whatever number of emails that are unread. I used to be able to at least see the titles. I have not figured out within the new settings which also changed with the last update if it is possible to modify this. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 7.0

I am using the email client that is installed on the phone. All of my settings are correct as per bulletin you provided. I had no issue with this prior to the last Android update.

Hockeydad761, I understand how annoying it can be when updates change your phone's settings. My Galaxy S8 Plus is up to date and it does show me the emails and a summary of them. When you go into your settings and into the notifications are the email notifications turned on?

My email notifications are turned on. As you can see from the screenshot these are the notifications I receive. It is only the number of emails. Previously it was Sender and title of email. Thank you.
