Issues With 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)

List all the issues that are taking place after receiving this update. As for me, the keyboard locks up continiously at random times causing me to have to completely kill the page I'm on and reboot it. This is all I've noticed thus far. How to we get word out so these issues can be fixed?

The only thing you can do is call tech support for a warranty replacement. Verizon does not use these boards for bug reports. But this sounds more like user error. Try clearing data and cache on your keyboard.

I'm gonna need you to think and use the brain that GOD gave you. Please tell me exactly how user error can cause the page to lock up while doing any kind of typing and the page has to be rebooted? So I guess I don't know how to type using the alphabet on my keyboard huh? Mind you I never ever had this problem up until receiving the update. Next time you put your two since in, please let it be an educated one.

Ah, yes, another truly harmonious response from you. It can be user error because users will, at times, refrain from doing any sort of maintenance on their phones. Occasionally, you need to clear out caches, reboot the phone, delete unused apps, clear out unneeded data. All the same reasons why two people with the exact same computer will come across different issues.

Also, next time you decide to call somebody uneducated, try to do so without typos.

Hey Harmonious. Thanks for the info about the problems encountered with your phone since the update. How many times has this occured since the update? Try clearing the data and cache for your keyboard:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Select 'Application Manager'
3. Go to 'All'
4. Locate Keyboard and clear the cache and/or data.
