Hi, My wife unknowingly opened an email attachment on her S6 and it was a virus. Our Nortons caught it on our home computer and tagged it as JS downloader, can this harm her phone? Thank you
Does your wife have any type of antivirus software on her phone? A few good ones are Lookout, Avast, McAfee and a few other ones in the app store. You mention your computer caught it. Was it opened on the PC or phone, or viewed on both? It it was detected on the phone, what app found it?
