Lets dispense with all of your stock usual answers because as you see from everyone in this forum we are ALL having the problem of phone constantly re-starting from the NG6 update.
No I did not install 3rd party apps before or after that caused this. No safe mode doesn't do anything.
And no, factory re-set isn't a valid solution. I shouldn't have to risk losing date, and spend hours re-setting apps, settings, etc, and on top of all that it may not even fix it.
There are ONLY two possible solutions here. Push an updated NG6 fix or let people revert their phones to NG6.
I have been a Verizon customer for years and years despite not great service, if this isn't fixed my wife and I are done. At this point I'm so frustrated by the constant re-starting I don't even care about waiting for contract to end and will likely pay the termination fee to just get rid of you sooner.
