Just got the phone. Set up my e-mail but it only displays one or two messages although it said there were many more. If I open one of them they all disappear. Went back to the store and they tried but it's still doing it. I'm not happy

Has anyone else had a problem with e-mail from Time Warner (roadrunner) ?  The phone tells me I have multiple messages but only sometimes shows me one or two; a lot of the time when I open e-mail, it says there are none. Also, when I read one and close it the phone tells me there are no messages. Don't know if it has something to do with going from TWC to Verizon to phone but I typically get 50 to 100 e-mails a day. I just got the phone last weekend so possibly I've got a setting messed up. Hopefully someone else has been through this and can give me a little insight. Thanks

I'm sorry to learn you are having this problem with your email, sprawel. Are you able to access the email account on your computer to ensure there are no unread messages? Are you using the preinstalled email application? In order to ensure your email settings are correct, it is best to remove the email and then try re-adding it.
