S4 Suspends for no reason, does not wake up. Have to force restart multiple times during the day
Suspends when you are charging, does not wake up forces you to reset the phone
No battery life, reset the settings does nothing except make you re-add your settings
Inbound calls do not register, callers to my phone get rings but phone does not ring nor show in call log, reboot phone magically the missed calls appear in call log
Encrypted data on SD card lost, third Party security broken. Nice work, thanks for breaking my family photos and dictations you jerks. Third party encryption is for a reason. If someone finds my phone they can access my contacts to call one of them but not my data thanks for breaking all of that. Where are your programers? Stupidstan?
Formatting the phone only accomplishes a modest battery gain of maybe 20% over virtually nothing. Not getting back the 2 hours it took to reconfigure and customize my phone after formatting
Texts get stuck and don't send
4G coverage in NYC is worse now than it was prio,r which stunk to begin with now the phone really cannot pick up a signal.
Phone now freezes on Wifi and loses connection to both Wifi and 3G\4G have to toggle on\off the Wifi or restart
Phone now loaded with extra bloatware from Verizon and Samsung that I cannot remove and is always running
This was a great customizable and speedy phone before they trashed it with this garbage "update"
All this to prevent a few intrepid users from becoming super users on their phones, end result; punishes the rest of us because Samsung and Verizon cannot spy on and control a few people so they punish the rest of us while closing loopholes that 99.9% of people never care about or exploit. Nice work. Time for an iphone 6 when it comes out and AT&T.
