Let's get your battery life back to a stellar performance life span! Click here: http://spr.ly/6584BiodA to check out ways to conserve battery life. Additionally, please allow up to 72 hours after the software update for the phone to get acclimated. Thanks very much!

Thank you for getting back to me. However, I'm not satisfied. I decided to upgrade my s5 phone for same reason and wasn't expecting to have same issues with a new phone. Is there anyway to revert back to the original system SW ver? Otherwise, it just annoying me buying new s7 edge and have same issue! it was very good before the last SW update!

Mabouissa, new software should be an improvement. It is dissapointing that your experience was the opposite. Was there anything else that you installed about the time you started having issues? Did you do anything differently? We have some options to help with this. Sometimes software can install improperly. The first thing I would do with the phone is run the Samsung Software Repair Assistant. http://spr.ly/6589BitvH If this does not work, backing up your phone and doing a factory reset can give it a fresh start. Be aware that this resets your WiFi passwords. http://spr.ly/6583Bitvz
