Since upgrading to Nougat my led notification quit working when i receive new text or email. S7 edge.

My volume is all the way up as it was before the update and it worked fine. I downloaded a free app from google play and it works fine. I should not have to utilize this app since the phone has the feature built in or did.

No notification except when charging. And yes my screen is locked. Why i need the led to blink and notify me instead of unlocking and checking each time. This is how it worked before the update.
I am having the same problem after installing the new update. Idk there a way to uninstall this update?
