i have a Samsung 7. I accidentally created a password instead of a pin. I am locked out of my phone. I only have one chance left. i only had 5 gigs of storage on my cloud, but just increased it to 25. I know I have an auto backup, but can't get into my phone to prompt an update with the larger storage. There are some irreplaceable photos and contacts. How can I prompt my phone to update from my cloud since I increased my storage capacity? I am desperate!
