I have an issue with an app that I use and have contacted the developer. The developer has requested a "log file". He provides methods of getting the log file but they do not work. Can someone tell me how to dump the log file??
What kind of log file? For which app?

It is for Calendar Event Reminder. I am assuming it is a system log file that the system will dump when told to do so.
@grichard,Getting your application working properly is definitely important!I researched this and was not able to find how to pull log files for the app. I suggest you contact the developer again if the steps they provided are not working.
