Hey Verizon support, how about you actually give some useful information... The note 4 received Lollipop about 3 weeks ago now. The note 4 & edge are basically the same freaking phone... The only difference is the edge SDK which does not impact anything for Verizon.

If you want Lollipop and all the HORRIBLE ISSUES..then download it ...read these forms and you will quickly learn it is horrid
