How can I recover voice mail notifications and badges; I keep losing them and have tried all the methods outlined in Help menu. I had them all in place after buying the Galaxy S7, but they stopped showing up. I do get message app notifications but nothing for voice mail.

I rely on my notifications to alert me of any missed content and we want to ensure you can rely on your notifications as well, bearone21. Let's take a closer look into this. When did this start? Are you using Visual Voicemail?

We always want to ensure you are receiving your notifications for everything. Have you been able to check under Settings->Notifications to ensure that it is turned on for your Voicemail app? You may also check in the Voicemail app itself under: Menu (3 lines)->Settings->Notifications to make sure it is set there as well.
