Problem:
Low signal: 1 or two bars (-110 dBm 30asu)
poor voice quality: (frequent issues with the other line having difficulty hearing due to my phone breaking up)
Whether i'm inside or outside, I have been having problems with the quality of the voice calls. This problem has been occurring for a few months now. Based on the area I live (33761) I'm in an excellent coverage county. I have reached out to the technical support team at Verizon and in multiple attempts of resetting phone, using safe mode, updating phone to latest software. No solution has been reached.
My question is what is the cause: The phone or the service?
