All permissions are correct, mobile data is on...but my apn settings are all empty, and your giant corporation won't let me edit the network settings on my own phone.. Seriously not happy, i'm going to end up back at your store so someone can type in a port number... Thanks Verizon

Johnc91, I'd be just as concerned with MMS issues through my new S7 as well. Let's make sure your texts are flowing well. What text app are you using through your S7? By chance, are you connected to WiFi when attempting to send an MMS?

Let's make sure we get your phone up and running. When did you first notice this issue? What is the zip code that you are in? Were there any recent changes to your phone, like a software update or new apps?

With having looked at the APN settings, Johnc91, you've got a leg up on most users. To revisit this, again head to Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names. What does it currently show on this screen below Internet?

The rest of the apn settings are restricted from user access, which in my humble opinion is idiotic. People need to root there phones to access there own settings? Get outta here with that..

Have you tried calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline and asking them to reset the text message feature from their end?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Johnc91,
Our goal is to ensure that your MMS messages are working exactly how they should. To confirm that everything is set up on your account correctly, I've sent you a Private Message to gather some additional details. Please check your inbox and respond there to continue troubleshooting.
