I am trying to set up voicemail on my Samsung. I am repeatedly prompted for my mailbox number. I have no idea what that is (have tried my phone number, last 4 digits of phone number, PIN) none are valid. I've attempted to chat, call, digital assistant and am being looped in circles. Hoping someone can help so that I don't have to drive to a Verizon store for such a simple question.
