Marshallow update/phone does not display incoming call

My S5 doesn't display an incoming call. I hear a call come in, but I can't answer the call from lock screen. Anyone have idea?

I performed a hard reset of my phone, and when I turned it on, Verizon screen on power up would freeze up and stay. After several trials, it then updated/optimized all apps and is now running fine.
