When will Verizon get off the dime to update the software on the Note 4? I'm a former telecom executive who has owned several cell phones over the past 20 years with three major carriers. This tardy and uncommunicative treatment is unprecedented in my opinion. I switched to Verizon last October 2014 and it is very unlikely that I will stay with them next October. They may have the best network...but their customer relations and responsiveness is the pits (I cleaned it up).
