Media output will automatically open my last media file when connecting to Bluetooth. How do I disable that function or uninstall Media Output?

Great question! We can definitely look into this. Could you tell us the make and model of your device? Is Media Output the app that you are using?
Samsung S22. No app. It came inbedded with the phone.
It will automatically play whatever what I used last i.e. Music Player, YouTube and another audio player.
