Help! Ever since one a.m. this morning, I haven't been able to get a message through to one and only one of my contacts. I went through the troubleshooter, what else can I do?

Help is here for you, Spookytomatoes. I rely on my messages to keep me connected at all times and definitely don’t want to see you have any trouble with messages. Let’s continue to look into this. What message app is in use? What happens when trying to send the message? Is the user having issues with anyone else?
