I just bought the Samsung galaxy S21 FE and have always used the message+ app. After installing it on new phone I am not getting any sound on incoming texts. I am still trying to get help from support. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and any tips or tricks that worked. It's very annoying and I'm getting impatient.

Knowing when a text comes in is certainly important. We don't want you missing things. We're very glad to help. To confirm, do the texts show up if you open the app? Are you getting notification sounds from other apps like email or other texting apps?
