Missing Google Play Store after Android 7 installed this morning

Auto Installed Nougat over night and found that Google Play Store doesn't fully load. All I get is a white screen. I can drag the menu from offscreen to switch between google accounts. At which point I have a white screen with a never ending green spinner.

I have restarted the phone

I have cleared the cache on Google Play Store and services

Sorry to hear that there's a problem with the Play Store. I know how critical it can be. Let's get it back online. Please go into your Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Data. Then please restart your phone and see if you can access the app.
