Missing call and message usage on bill.

Calls and messages not showing up on Verizon usage?

We certainly want to make sure you can easily manage your account and access the usage. Is this affecting all records with nothing showing or is it missing only certain records?

It appears that I am only missing outgoing text messages.

No, that’s not what I’m saying. When I log into my account online and go to usage, messages, it doesn’t show all outgoing numbers messaged only incoming.
