How do I turn on my mobile hotspot? I have a Samsung Galaxy S7
unfortunately verizon pulled a quick one on us and people such as me who had this included on their plan for years are finding out the hard way that they don't have it anymore. i called customer service and after a long wait they initiated a text conversation. in the text conversation they told me it requires a plan change which can't be done via text. so i just wasted my time. this borders on fraud in my opinion.
Not really. Plans that had hotspot didn't suddenly lose it. Verizon doesn't just go onto people's accounts to make plan changes.
