Did you ever setup your voicemail? If you did, you ARE REQUIRED to have a password on your voicemail with the Verizon Wireless network.
I just got the phone and it's brand new. I accessed vm and it asked for a password to continue but never gave me an option to "set up" a password. Is there a way to get to the prompts to create one?
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone and have them reset the voicemail.
