My Galaxy S4 i545 will Not connect to cellular signal/service at all, Nothing, No service whatsoever. I called Samsung, Tech had me do a Hard Key Reset, That did not help a thing, except for me to loose everything I had on device, back to factory default setup (like a brand new one). Anyone else have or have had this problem ? If so, what did you do to fix it? My wife has the exact same device (different color), and it works fine. Wifi connection to my wireless broadband router works fine. Need Help with this issue before I Slam this Brand New Black Mist 16gb S4 up against a Wall.

Turn off the phone pull the Battery and then Carefully remove the Sim Card for 10min. press your power button for 20sec. after setting 10min. reinsert the Card then the battery power the phone see if that gets phone re-established with the Network..

Tried your solution to the letter, Did Not Work, still No Service. Displays at bottom of lock screen "Searching For Service". Icon at top of display "Circle with diagonal line through it" = No Service. Thanks for your contribution though, was a shot.

You might try a new SIM card ... they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store or by calling Customer Service.
